Brick by Brick, Wall by Wall

Brick by Brick, Wall by Wall is an anthem commissioned in 2008 by Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia.

Lyrics:

Bringing hope, transforming lives,
Bridging differences, helping families thrive
In partnership and community,
Reaching out with dignity
Close to home or far away,
Reaching out with love today.

We're building a world full of hope,
Building bridges among us all,
Using our hands to build a new life,
Brick By Brick, Wall By Wall. (repeat)

On common ground, we forge ahead,
Not with words but with deeds instead.
We hand out hope, we hammer and nail.
Working together, we cannot fail.
Close to home or far away,
Working together with love today.

We're building a world full of hope,
Building bridges among us all,
Using our hands to build a new life,
Brick By Brick, Wall By Wall. (repeat)

Building on faith brick by brick,
Building on faith wall by wall,
Building on faith, yes, we're fixing the world,
Making it better for all.
